چکیده
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant tumour of the keratinising cells epidermis or its appendages. It constitutes 20% skin malignancy. UV radiation exposure most common cause cancer with sun exposed face and upper trunk being site for occurrence. Long term to chemical carcinogen, burn scar, chronic ulcer among other risk factors. Skin biopsy mainstay diagnosis in suspected lesion SCC. Most SCC can be treated local excision margin 5 mm around 10 high lesion. Other treatment modalities which do not define status such as therapy, cryosurgery, photodynamic electro dissection, topical agents like imiquimod used small superficial lesions. The following case 32-year-old male patient atypical presentation bilateral lower limb carcinoma.
